Hello! I am a UX Designer driven by a simple mission: to create digital experiences that feel as supportive and intuitive as a helping hand. I recently graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Design, but my journey into the tech world started in clinics and examination rooms.
Before diving into wireframes and user journeys, I spent time working as a Medical Assistant. In healthcare, you don't just treat symptoms; you listen to people when they are frustrated, vulnerable, and confused. That environment was a masterclass in deep empathy, active listening, and rapid problem-solving. I realized that the frustration patients felt navigating complex healthcare systems wasn't much different from the frustration users feel navigating poorly designed software. I transitioned into design because I wanted to fix those broken systems at the root.
I am currently seeking an entry-level design role where I can get my hands dirty, absorb mentorship from seasoned professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects. I’m ready to translate my dedication to human care into exceptional user experiences.
